Living Above

Saturday September 3 2016

The realm of the earth is the more familiar one to us even though our citizenship is of heaven. We tend to be more familiar with the language, currency, policies and even the culture of the earth. To successfully carry out our mandate upon the earth we must be very familiar with the culture of our Kingdom heaven because that is what will shape and form our involvement upon the earth.

When we are mindful of heavens culture and we invest according to the values of heaven then we will be more equipped and aligned to carry out successfully our mandate upon the earth.

Our Kingdom has a language, and even though we live on the earth we must speak as citizens of Heaven. Our language must be that of Faith, calling those things that be not as though they were (Romans 4:17) and operating in the supernatural.

It is very unfortunate that we find citizens of Heaven who because of what they see and hear have begun to speak as though they were from the earth. Our directives have been clearly spelt out “Do not say confederacy every time they say the word, do not fear what they fear” (Isaiah 8:12).

We are from a more superior kingdom and our words must align with that of our King. Our King as assured us that when men are saying there is a casting down, there will be for us a lifting us (Job 22:29).
So why are you busy analyzing the economics of another Kingdom instead of speaking the words of your own Kingdom?

Whatever we see happening upon the earth should not change our language. We must speak the Words of our King. He has declared us blessed and nothing can change that. Speak God’s word until you see the manifestation upon the earth. Be like our King, do not talk about the bad and terrible situation but speak what you want to see. Speak it until you see it.

Genesis 1:2-3 ”The earth was formless and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep the spirit of the Lord hovered upon the face of the deep and God said let there be light and there was light.

The language of the Kingdom is also one which our conversation must be seasoned with salt and full of grace so that we will know how to answer everyone (Colossians 4:6) Stop using dirty words, it is not from our Kingdom. It does not bring glory to our father and it does not reflect the culture of our Kingdom.

Whatsoever you do in word or in deed do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to the Lord and Father by Him (Colossians 3:17).

Today is a gift don’t let it go to waste.
